Colorado has strict requirements for what leases must include and how property management services must be delivered. We use one of the most reputable law firms in Colorado with respect to real estate and property management to create and/or advise our leases and operations.
Rent Collection*
Multiple ways for tenants to pay with 24/7 access to their online portal. Robust PMS software platform minimizes late payments.
Marketing*
PMS software platform integrated with online marketing and major housing sites like Zillow, Trulia and others to get the word out fast and professionally. 3D imagery and a strong local network to quickly reach qualified applicants.
Maintenance & Repair
Routine as well as move-in and move-out inspections using dedicated inspection software that includes documentation of condition and ensures maintenance is handled in a timely manner. Pro-active maintenance helps inform long-term asset management planning and AI-assisted work orders reduce repair time.
Manage vendor contracts and accounts, so owners don’t need to. Vendors via platforms for accurate accounting and all vendors are verified with appropriate credentials. We manage the work and the relationship to help deliver excellent quality and service.
Asset Planning
Property-specific administration, asset planning, HOA coordination, and project management. Disability and aging-in-place assessments and improvements.
Emergency On-call
Available and capable of responding to emergencies, as well as critical and/or sensitive issues. We respond and communicate with owners and/or tenants per an agreed upon communication protocol, and manage issues to resolution as agreed upon.
Financial Management
With our detailed financial reporting team and tools, we provide customized owner reports so that you receive as much (or as consolidated) accurate and timely information as you want. Service can include LLC bookkeeping.
